Welcome to Easy Home Eats!

Hi! My name is Kirsten and I am a college student at The University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Throughout my years in college, I have struggled to plan and create meals for myself. As I am getting older it is becoming more evident that I need to learn to cook for myself and understand eating out is not a good way to live. I taught myself the basics and have been able to change my diet and eat foods I actually enjoy and I hope to teach you the same!
